Private Paddleboard Yoga Session
Description
Join me and take advantage of our short summers by spending them on the water.
Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga combines paddleboarding and yoga, it is a great way to connect with nature while being active. SUP Yoga has a great mix of physical and mental benefits. Practicing SUP Yoga will improve your balance, strength and stability. Private sessions are a great opportunity to learn or practice paddleboard yoga.
These sessions offer you:
- Customized instruction designed to meet your own needs and abilities
- A greater chance to develop your balance, strength and confidence on a paddleboard
- Flexible class options to meet your scheduling needs
- A chance to enter a into a state of mindful peace for 90 minutes
- An opportunity to spend time outside and on the water
- An option to do something fun and unique with yourself or a small group of friends
Each session includes all equipment required, including paddleboard, paddle, lifejacket, anchor and leash. You are welcome to use your own equipment as well.
Prices for a 90 minute session:
- Solo-Session (1 person) - $70
- Semi-Private (2 people) - $100
- Group Private (3 or more) - $45 per person
- Travel fee if applicable
